Watch the Companion Reiki Journey: Guided Reiki Journey: Staying Connected to Your Spiritual Guidance: https://youtu.be/2ajz9lN1EJ0 Key Insights: * Let Reiki Meet You Where You Are: Bring your frustration, uncertainty, and expectations into your practice. Ask about one part of a situation at a time and give yourself room to listen. * Give Your Questions Time: Some answers become clear through experience and reflection. Robyn shares how one spiritual question stayed with her for four years before she recognized its answer. * Allow Your Understanding to Change: Your energy, responsibilities, resources, and relationships can affect your next step. Revisit what you know now and ask what to continue, adjust, or pause. * Notice When You’re Waiting for Approval: Seeking another message or more preparation can become a way of postponing a decision. Explore the feelings underneath that hesitation and consider what action you’re ready to take. * Recognize Your Own Way of Receiving: Guidance may come through thoughts, feelings, images, or practical work such as creating an outline. Recording your impressions helps you notice your own patterns and build confidence over time. Robyn suggests asking about one part of your situation, noticing subtle impressions, and allowing questions to remain open while you continue listening. What can I do when I’ve followed my guidance but nothing seems to be happening?Bring your impatience into your Reiki practice and review what has changed in your life. Consider your energy, responsibilities, and resources, then ask what you can continue, adjust, or pause. Some understanding develops over time. How do I trust my guidance when the outcome is different than I expected?Give yourself room to acknowledge your emotional response and revisit your expectations. Reflect on what you have learned, what remains unresolved, and how your current understanding can inform your next choice. How can I recognize spiritual guidance if I don’t see images?Notice the thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, or ideas that come forward during your practice and daily life. Robyn shares that her own guidance often comes through practical activities, including outlines and presentations. Keeping a record can help you recognize how you receive information. How can I stay connected to my spiritual practice when life is busy?Take brief moments to invite Reiki into your day and notice what comes forward. Give Reiki to your hesitation at the River of Peace to clarify what needs attention before you act. * How can automatic writing help me process spiritual guidance?
